All the matches were hotly contested, unlike the weather!, with some great rugby played by all and watched by an enthusiastic crowd. Then it was the highlight for some...baths! and a curry! The post-match fun in the clubhouse was more closely contested. Club shields exchanged, MoTM awards given and then it was down to the real contest of the day...heads and tails for a bucket of sweets!

Sadly, the afternoon ended far too quickly as our guests were off to watch the Saints vs Quins match. So there was just time for a few with rousing renditions of “Oh when the Saints” and “the mighty Quins”...

One great initiative from the Buccaneers coaches is FNL Super League – U12s teams from southern England coming together on a few Friday nights of the year for live streamed matches – a great idea!
