All members are invited to attend the AGM to receive reports on the season just ended and elect all Directors, Officers and Committee for 2026-2027. This is your club. There is much to celebrate, and this is your opportunity to have a say on the running of the club - the 149th year of Olney RFC.

The meetings are being held jointly to allow members to gain the full financial position of the whole club at one meeting and receive the financial report and accounts for both clubs together at the same time.

See below for a nomination form – you can self-nominate. AGM Agenda and annual reports from each section of the club will be published on the website from the 17th June.

The formal bits:
The meetings are being called in accordance with Rules and Articles of Association of the Clubs requiring an AGM to be held before the end of June each year.

You are reminded that under these rules only a voting member (Life Members, VPs, and Senior playing members over 18) has the right to make;

• Nominations for election to any one or more of the Director, Officer and positions on the Executive Committee of the Club or the Social Club (the trading subsidiary)
• Any proposals to amend or add to the Rules of the Club.
• And/or any other motions to be considered by the meeting.
