Membership and Annual Subscription
To meet the rising costs of running the club It was proposed to increase playing subscriptions for 2026-2027 by £10 (amendment to Olney RFC Rules 15b). This was unanimously approved - - This will be the first increase for 3 years.

Vice President*	A past player and/or with special service as a volunteer to the club or the game of rugby as a whole	£80
Non Playing Member*	Open to any non-playing adult affiliate of the club	£80
Playing Member*	Adult (over 18 at midnight 31st August)	Playing Subscription £160 (reduced to £120 if paid by 31st October)
Student Playing Member*	Over 18 at midnight 31st August and a student in full time education or other training	Playing Subscription 33% of senior playing subscription - £53 (reduced to £40 if paid by 31st October)
Non-Contact Playing Member+	Adults taking part in walking or touch rugby (not already a playing, non-playing, Life or Vice president member)	£25
Junior Member (inc. Colts)	Under 18 (at midnight 31st August) – family membership (includes 2 x social membership)	Playing Subscription £110 & Sibling reduction of 50%
Social & Supporter Member		£25

* membership has voting rights as per section 35 of the Club’s Articles of Association.
+ renamed from ‘Social playing’ to avoid confusion with other social memberships

NB:
- There are no match fees for any playing group
-The Membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June – this covers any pre-season training activities

Senior Playing – Women and Men
GMS - All players are required to register themselves annually to play rugby for RFU member clubs.

To renew your Club registration...it’s 4 steps!
1 - Log into GMS
2 - Click the 'Renew Player Registration (Adult)' button to renew your registration.
3 - Make sure your registration details are correct including:
- playing format preference
- education information if you are 25 and under.
- medical notes
- emergency contact
- Review the consent boxes and waivers.
- Check – email address list, Phone list and Addresses are all up-to-date
4- Click the submit registration button in the top right or bottom of the page to submit your Club Registration form. Your application will be sent to the club to review.

To Join Olney RFC...it easy too!
1. Log into GMS. On your profile page you will see a ‘My Organisations’ box. Click the ‘Add’ button in top right corner.
2. Search for the club “Olney RFC’ and select them from the list.
3. Once you’ve selected the right club, it will appear on your profile page in the ‘My Organisations’ box on the left-hand side. Then click the ‘Register to Play’ button. And follow from step 3 above
