We start training or matches at 10.30am sharp. To give the players time to sort out their kit and for the coaches to pick teams please have the players pitch side for 10.15am at the latest.
A reminder to all the players that they must wear a gum shield. Those turning up having forgotten them or new players without them will not be allowed to train or play. This is an RFU law and for the protection of the children.
