6.45- 45 mins Spin Class

7.30 1 Hr Circuit Training followed by Kickboxing

All sessions are free of charge so make the effort to attend one. Also if you are injured Kenny will be at the club for treatment from 7 pm. Please make sure you confirm which session you are going to attend.
