Nutrition talk & Corporate Membership of Gym (July 16, 2009)
Mark Lay has arranged for the managing director Martin Stevenson of Olney Health & Fitness to give a 30 minute input on Nutrition and sports supplements on Thursday evening the 16th July starting at 9pm straight after training. The talk is for the benefit of all players and club members.
The Rugby Club and Olney Health & Fitness are very keen to forge greater links together and Martin is able to offer significant discount both in gym membership to Olney Rugby Club members and sports supplements. Members of Olney rugby club now qualify for 50% discount on all Boditronics supplement products.
Mark Lay will be keeping a spreadsheet to give to Martin detailing all persons that are paid up members of the club and therefore entitled to discount.

Martin is a keen sportsman in particular mountain biking and has been a competitive bodybuilder for over 10yrs competing at the highest level nationally.
